Ive added a Reputation system

(this is a beta really)

Under a players name you can hit Rep+, it will Give them 1 reputation point. You can only give 1 reputation to a person Per 2 hours. I have also taken off Dislike, I want this to be more on the lines of "Hey this thread was helpful, Im going to give you a +" DONT GIVE RANDOM REP, its there for a reason! Tell me what you think and if you have any suggestions.
