Remade due to request -

As rune shops are unavailible at this time do ::convert until you are on ancients. Then right click Ice barrage and it will cast it 1 time without using runes or required magic level. Continue doing this until 60

When at 60 you can just click autocast 1 time and let it do the work. Move your way up until your 99 magic :)
